The Recovery Support Planning service provides one-on-one person centred support, helping individuals to work on their health and wellbeing goals. This helps developing the strategies to deal with setbacks, learning the skills of action planning. The community based groups activities are organised around the Borough by staff in various settings – sports centres, leisure and community venues. These include badminton, table tennis, walking and a film club. Activities vary please call for the latest groups.
The peer support groups are friendship groups run and developed by service users in venues across the Borough, people choose venue and activities and often meet up for a meal or to go on trips together. Staff provide ad hoc support, but will also support the set up of new groups.
The user-led groups are run onsite at Cranbrook Road, Monday to Friday. Service users run the groups themselves. The times are:
