How can we help?

Mainstream is a social inclusion service working in Liverpool for adults accessing mental health services. The service works one-to-one to enable individuals to access activities in the wider community.

Designed to assist people into finding a comfortable route into mainstream society and participating in everyday activity, the service will create an action plan for each individual’s journey.

The Mainstream Service team is divided into four separate areas of community activity:

  • Healthy living, sports and leisure
  • Employment
  • Volunteering
  • Education and training

In each of these areas, members of the team support people to engage in their chosen activities at their own pace.
