Lived experience and staff welfare

We actively recruit to our workforce people who have “lived experience” of mental health issues and we provide workplace support including welfare supervision sessions. ‘Reasonable adjustments’ are made to working terms and conditions in accordance with the Equalities Act 2010 and in line with our commitment to retaining our ‘Two Ticks positive about disabled people’ accreditation and our status as a ‘Mindful Employer’ supporting people with a mental health condition.
