Through the Gate Service Liverpool
Our Through the Gate service provides floating support and accommodation-based services for people aged 18-65, who have offending histories and live in Liverpool. This service can be accessed by those using primary or secondary health services. Our service runs Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (excl. Bank Holidays).
How can we help?
We work closely with people who have been detained in HMP Liverpool and experience mental health problems to overcome the barriers they face moving back into society and to become self-sustaining members of communities. Our experienced team provide person-centred support in assisting clients to:
- Access housing
- Apply for benefits
- Engage in socially inclusive opportunities
- Access psychological support
- Receive help to overcome substance misuse
- Access Volunteering, Training and employment opportunities
