Our Merseyside Supported Living service provides individualised support to people in Liverpool and Sefton, focusing on their individual support needs. We provide support to people with mental health conditions & learning disabilities. The service is organised into three geographical clusters, each with its own dedicated manager and staff teams. The support is offered through a combination of shared living schemes and individual flats, offering a diverse range of accommodation options for the people we support. We provide floating support through our Outreach teams in Liverpool & Sefton.

Service Aims

Within our Merseyside Supported Living service, we are dedicated to providing support and accommodation to the people we work with. • Personalised Approach: We recognise that every individual's journey is unique. Therefore, we prioritise a person-centred plan, working closely with each person to develop personalised support plans that address their specific goals and wishes

• Community Integration: We strive to ensure that individuals feel connected and valued within their communities. We promote and encourage social inclusion, provide opportunities for meaningful engagement, and try to give people a sense of belonging

• Empowerment and Independence: We believe in empowering individuals to regain independence and build resilience. Through our commitment, we aim to make a positive impact on the lives of those we support, promoting mental well-being, social integration, and the overall quality of life for individuals facing mental health issues.
