Imagine Independence is an experienced provider of community based mental health and learning disability services across the North West. We have secured a place on Lancashire County Council’s Home Care Framework to deliver Home Care across different areas of Lancashire.

Home care involves delivering personalised care and support to people in their home and community. This includes people with mental health needs, learning disabilities and autism.

We require a Female Outreach Support Worker to support service users to:

  • Gain skills and confidence to achieve greater independence
  • Assist service users into socially inclusive opportunities
  • Improve health and wellbeing
  • Support with all aspects of daily living

Although experience is preferable, candidates with excellent values are sought as full training will be provided.

Hours of work will be Monday to Friday between 9.00 a.m. & 5.00 p.m. – total 36 hours per week, subject to change after 3 months depending on the individual needs of the service.

An Enhanced DBS Check is required for this post.
