Based in:   Workington, covering Copeland and Allerdale

Imagine currently provide an Employment Service for people with disabilities (mental health, learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory disabilities) across Cumbria.

The role includes:

  • Developing and expanding the service across Whitehaven and Workington (Copeland and Allerdale.
  • Delivering direct employment support

                                                                                                                                                                         

As an Employment Adviser you will support individuals to work towards their employment goals and provide support to maintain employment in the competitive job market.

The level of support will vary according to the agreed level of support required and informed by choice.

Employment Advisers will provide support to individuals with a variety of different needs and conditions which may include mental health conditions, learning disabilities, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, neurological impairments, psychiatric and clinical needs, addiction issues, complex behaviour and other needs.
