Based in Oswaldtwistle – various hours including full time, part time and relief

We are looking for energetic people who will support two men who are about to embark on new lives in their local community; they are looking for people who enjoy the outdoors and are keen to help them keep busy and occupied. If you are keen to be part of this exciting new project then we would like to hear from you.

We have a range of opportunities including full time, part time, relief hours, waking night shifts and sleep-in shifts.  Transforming care Practitioners have the opportunity to work with individuals with learning disability, mental health and complex needs.
