Imagine’s Croydon User Led Group service offers a wide range of supportive and socially inclusive provision; including linking people into mainstream, vocational and community opportunities, providing user led day services and recovery focused services.

MALE INCLUSION WORKER                                Ref: 19/25

Based in the London Borough of Croydon – 24 hours per week on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Salary: £22,000.00 p.a. (includes London weighting) pro rata, on a monthly rolling contract

Working with members of the Imagine Croydon User Led Groups, you will promote social inclusion and support the members to have their own voice in the planning, delivery and monitoring of their service. You will also provide key work support to the members to explore and review the service and their progression needs.

You will be committed to service user choice, social inclusion and empowerment. You will have experience of direct mental health and/or service user involvement either, paid or unpaid, and be able to support service users and volunteers on a 1:1 or group basis.
