In this key role, you will offer senior leadership, supporting teams working across Lancashire and Cumbria who primarily deliver support to people with a learning disability and additional complex needs, such as autism, mental health and additional physical health conditions.
The role involves managing existing services and helping to develop new ones, ensuring they are fully compliant with CQC regulations, including acting as Registered Manager for some services.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification, substantial experience of working in the community with a range of people, including those who have a learning disability with additional complex needs. The role requires an experienced manager, who is a dedicated practitioner as passionate as their colleagues are about delivering Imagine’s outstanding services.
