We require a Volunteer Coordinator/Inclusion Worker. The job involves carrying out two roles. The Volunteer Co-ordinator role includes managing Volunteers supporting people with mental health needs to access community opportunities. The Inclusion Worker role involves providing short term focused support to increase people’s confidence and self - esteem, improve physical health and wellness.

Experience of supporting people with mental health needs is required. This post offers an ideal opportunity to gain management experience within a supportive environment.

The post is made up of 11 hours for the Volunteer Coordinator role and 21 hours for the Inclusion Worker role.

This service is funded by the London Borough of Merton through the Strategic Partner Funding 2019 - 2022.
