Imagine is committed to providing all members of staff with a range of training and development opportunities. All staff undertake a comprehensive induction programme. Support workers undertake a minimum Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care and are supported to progress to Level 3.
Accommodation staff are expected to achieve the CQC Care Certificate. Staff in management roles are offered appropriate management training and access to other qualifications as required. Effective staff training and development enables Imagine to deliver high quality, people centred services. All staff receive support and guidance from line managers and have regular supervision and appraisals.
