Salary: £24,158.00 per annum – Pay award review pending. (working as part of a team, and an ability to work long days/sleep ins, days, waking night shifts)

Our clients have complex needs, LD, Autism, and/or mental health diagnosis and we are seeking staff who can bring their experience of working with clients with complex needs, LD, autism, and/or mental health diagnosis, who are friendly, have a good sense of humour, with good communication skills, and who are keen to support clients to maintain a tenancy and expand their social networks.

Job Description:

Main Duties Include:

  • To support individuals in their own homes according to their care and support plan.
  • To support individuals to follow set Positive Behaviour Support Plans
  • Work in partnership with others to allow independence of choice
  • Act with integrity and to identify opportunities to celebrate achievements to allow a positive, respectful and trusting relationship to grow and support people to improve their confidence and self esteem
  • Support the individual to make informed choices around a healthy lifestyle including physical health and improving self-care
  • Imagine is looking for candidates with previous experience of working in Health and Social Care including complex needs, autism, and behaviours that challenge who may be looking for the next step in their career.
