Imagine now needs Specialist Support Workers who will provide support to individuals with a variety of different needs and conditions. This may include learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, complex behaviour, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, physical disabilities, neurological impairments, psychiatric and clinical needs. This is a great time to join, as we continue to expand our services across the north-west of England and beyond. The role of support worker includes an expectation to support individuals with all their daily living requirements including support with personal care. Job Description:
There are four posts available for specialist support workers working with specific service users. These service users have specific and different needs and requirements which can be discussed in more detail at the interview stage.
Experience is preferred due to the complex needs of the person, however full training will be provided which is a combination of face to face, online and shadowing an existing staff member.We will support you to complete the Care Certificate and provide opportunities to gain qualifications In Health and Social Care.
