Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,870.55 per annum
Based in: Merseyside
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (including some additional weekends on a rota basis).
Driver essential with access to the own vehicle: A full UK driving license required and mileage can be claimed for travelling between visits (45p per mile) providing you have business insurance included within your current policy.

The role
As a Support Worker, working within our Liverpool Outreach service, you will help to promote the health and wellbeing of those you support. This will include providing practical and emotional support; supporting people to connect with their communities, developing skills and confidence and promoting independence. We are looking for individuals with values which align to ours, who are highly motivated and committed to enriching the lives of people we support.
As an outreach support worker you will be lone working daily, visiting individuals within their own homes or in the local community to provide support visits, in line with their agreed support plan and funded hours. However you will have daily support from the senior support worker, who will link in daily offering advice and support. As well as contact with your colleagues when needed. There will be opportunity to meet with the wider outreach team for team meetings on a quarterly basis.
