Salary: £37,843.79per annum (plus on call requirement £30 per day on a rota basis).

Based in: Burnley/East Lancs

Driver: Full UK driving licence preferred

Job Summary

  • To lead a team of Specialist Support Workers in East Lancashire. This will be providing support for individuals with learning disability, mental health issues and complex needs.
  • To work with the Registered Manager/ leadership team to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Health & Social Care Act 2008, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and associated regulations and Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.
  • To work collaboratively with the service manager on a day-to-day basis and provide management support across sites in the area of East Lancashire . This work will be reviewed at regular intervals during planned supervision sessions.
  • To provide line management as a core part of experiential work
  • To be fully involved alongside established Heads of Operations in the management of the services.
