Salary: £24,849.24 per annum

Role Overview
The role involves supporting an individual with budgeting, managing their tenancy, completing domestic chores, and accessing the community, including attending appointments, participating in social activities, and building social inclusion and companionship.
Working as part of a team to support an individual who has been discharged from secure services and has a severe and enduring mental health diagnosis. The support provided is person-centred and delivered within a therapeutically driven environment, placing the individual at the heart of their recovery journey.
